Departure from GRADO
The centre of this historic town is unique with its lovely squares, quaint streets and stunning bays. It is home to the precious Paleochristian monument: the amazing church of S.maria, the octagonally shaped Baptistry and the Basilica of S. Eufemia. The port bears witness to the ancient fishermen’s quarter that has now been transformed into a colourful tourist port.

The town was founded in the 3rd century AD. Places to visit include the Baroque town hall (XVII century), the church of S. Eufemia (XVIII century), the chapel of the Holy trinity (XIII sec),  and the Franciscan Convent (XVIII sec.).

LUSSINO     55 miles, 11 hours sailing
This Island has a surprisingly mild climate thanks to the forests that cover most of its surface. Places to visit include the naval museums of Mali and Veli and also Cikat. It is the first island in the Adriatic to be made into a reserve for the hundreds of dolphins that live in its waters.

CHERSO     65 miles, 13 hours sailing
Cherso is separated from Lussino by a canal that was built by the Romans. Places to visit include Lubenice, the gothic church of Saint Antony and the Vrana Lake that is below sea level.

POLA     45 miles, 9 hours sailing
This town is to the far south of the Istrian peninsula. The town has existed for over 3 thousand years and there are numerous historical monuments that today are the backdrop for the town’s social and cultural life. The beautiful beaches run along the whole 190km of the coastline.
